Shipping
- Free on orders of $150 or more, otherwise a flat $12 within the US.
- In-stock pieces ordered before 2pm ET ship the same business day.
- Made-to-batch pieces (marked Limited) ship in two to four business days.
- You'll receive tracking by email the morning your order leaves the warehouse.
- Delivery typically takes three to five business days after it ships.
Returns
- Thirty nights from the delivery date, in original condition.
- Email hello@nocturne.shop and we'll send a prepaid label.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method within five business days of the return arriving.
- Opened candles and opened tableware are final sale.
Damaged in transit
Photograph the piece and the packaging and write to us within seven days. We replace it or refund it in full — your choice — and you don't need to send it back.
